Twelve years of it, and a company built around the work
Almir has been remodeling for twelve years. B2B Construction is younger than that: the company is a few years old, started here in Central Florida after enough years on other people's jobs to know exactly how he wanted his own to run.
That distinction matters, so we say it plainly. The twelve years belong to the person who will be standing in your bathroom. The company is newer, smaller, and deliberately has not grown into something where you talk to one person and a different one shows up.
Most of the work has been bathrooms, which is the room we know best and the one people call about most. Kitchens are the other half. Over the last six or seven years that has added up to 600+ jobs across the Orlando area, and the pattern in almost every one of them is the same: somebody was quoted a fast number by somebody who never looked behind the wall.
Three things we do not bend on
The wet side gets built first
Slope, membrane and sealed corners go in before any tile, and they get checked. It is the part of the job nobody photographs and the part that decides how long the room lasts.
Slower, and we will say so
Doing it right takes longer than doing it fast. We tell you the real timeline at the walkthrough instead of promising a date we would have to cut corners to hit.
If it is wrong, we come back
Something shows up after we are gone, you call, we come look at it. Almir answers his own phone and would rather hear about it early than find out from a review.
What we do not do
Plenty of companies will say yes to anything and figure it out later. We would rather you know where the line is before you spend an afternoon on a visit that was never going to work out.
- No framing and no new construction. We do not build houses from the ground up.
- No structural work. If your idea needs the structure changed, we will tell you at the walkthrough.
- No prices over the phone. The number comes after we see the room, and then it holds.
