These terms apply to your use of https://b2bconstructionservice.com and to estimates and work provided by B2B Construction LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to them.
What we do
We perform residential remodeling in and around Orlando, Florida: bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, tile and shower installation, and interior remodeling work such as flooring, trim, paint and closets.
What we do not do
We do not perform framing or new construction from the ground up, and we do not perform structural work. Work at an electrical panel or on a main water or sewer line is outside our scope and goes to a specialist. If your project requires any of these, we will tell you at the walkthrough.
Estimates
Estimates are provided free of charge after an in person walkthrough of the property. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote or a fixed price. An estimate becomes binding only when it is put in writing, signed by both parties, and describes the specific scope of work.
An estimate is based on the conditions we can see at the walkthrough. Conditions that are hidden behind finished surfaces, such as damaged framing, previous water damage or plumbing that is not where it should be, may change the scope. If that happens, we will tell you before performing the additional work, and any change in price will be agreed in writing first.
Scheduling and timelines
Any timeline we give you is an estimate based on normal conditions. Material lead times, weather, hidden conditions and changes you request can move a completion date. We will keep you informed when a date moves and why.
Changes to the work
Changes requested after work begins may affect both price and schedule. We will document a change in writing and get your approval before performing it.
Payment
We accept Zelle, Cash, Check. We do not offer financing. Payment terms, including any deposit and payment schedule, are set out in the written scope for your project.
Permits and approvals
Any permit, inspection or approval required by your city, county or homeowners association is discussed before work begins. Unless the written scope for your project expressly says otherwise, obtaining them is not included in an estimate and remains the property owner's responsibility.
Materials you supply
You may purchase your own tile, fixtures or cabinets. If you do, you are responsible for quantity, condition and suitability, and for replacing items that arrive damaged, short or wrong. Delays caused by owner supplied materials are not our responsibility.
Our commitment to the work
We stand behind what we install. If something we performed is not right, contact us and we will come look at it. This commitment covers our own workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, damage caused by others, movement of the structure, misuse, lack of maintenance, or products supplied by you or by a manufacturer. Manufacturer coverage on products, where it exists, is provided by the manufacturer and not by us.
Photographs
We may photograph completed work for our own portfolio and marketing. Photographs will not identify your address or any personal information. Tell us in writing if you prefer that we do not photograph your project.
