A bathroom is the most complicated small room in your house. Water, drains, power and framing all meet inside about forty square feet, and every one of them is hidden behind something else. That is why a bathroom looks simple in a photo and goes wrong so often in real life.

We handle the whole room: tear out, layout, plumbing and electrical moves, waterproofing, tile, vanity, glass and trim. One person plans it, one person is on site while it happens, and one person answers the phone when you call.
What is included
Tear out and haul away
Old tub, tile, vanity, flooring and drywall come out, and the debris leaves with us the same day.
Plumbing and electrical moves
Shower valves, drains, outlets and lighting relocated while the walls are open and everything is still reachable.
Waterproofing and shower base
A sloped base, a bonded membrane across the pan and walls, and every corner and penetration sealed and tested before tile.
Tile, floor to ceiling
Dry laid out first so full pieces land where the eye goes and cuts end up where they belong.
Vanity, glass and fixtures
Vanity, top, mirror, shower glass, valves and hardware set, sealed and running before we call it done.
Paint and trim
Baseboard, door casing, caulk lines and paint, so the room reads finished instead of assembled.

Around here
Most homes in Orange and Seminole County sit on a concrete slab, which changes everything about moving a drain. There is no crawlspace to work from, so relocating a shower or a toilet means cutting and patching the slab, and that has to be planned before demo, not discovered during it. Central Florida humidity is the other half of the problem: a bathroom that does not dry out between showers will grow mold behind tile that looks perfect from the outside. We plan for both, because both are normal here.

Why this job costs what it costs
The wet side is built first
Slope, membrane and sealed corners go in and get checked before any tile is set. It is the least photogenic part of the job and the part that decides how long the room lasts.

You get a written scope after the walkthrough that says what is included. If something changes, you hear it before the work happens.
Layout planned before the first cut
Tile is dry laid so full pieces sit where you look and cuts land in the corners. That planning is free. Redoing a wall is not.
